Planned Parenthood Tells Preschoolers: 'Your genitals don’t make you a boy or a girl'

If the birds and bees followed Planned Parenthood's new guidelines concerning them, they would eventually have to be put on the endangered species list.

The nation's largest provider of abortions has new guidelines out on how to talk about sex to preschoolers.

Having made it out of the womb (some against Planned Parenthood's better advice), toddlers are now to be indoctrinated in the ideology of the Gender Deniers that holds that biology has nothing to do with gender.

While its earlier guidelines advised telling preschoolers, "Women have breasts, men don't," it's new guidelines suggest saying, "Those are nipples. Everybody has nipples."

The earlier guidelines advise saying, "I’m a woman—a girl who is all grown up—so I have a vulva instead of a penis. And you’re a boy, so you have a penis instead of a vulva." The new guidelines suggest, "Boy, girl, man, and woman are words that describe gender identity, and some people with the gender identities 'boy' or 'man' have vulvas, and some with the gender identity 'girl' or 'woman' have penises/testicles."

"Your genitals don’t make you a boy or a girl," say the new guidelines, "It doesn’t matter too much what parts someone has."

Did the science change in the intervening period between the two documents? Of course not. The ideology just got more extreme and surrealistic. Science, in fact, has little to do with it. Gender ideology aborted science long ago.

Of course, that anyone should be talking to preschoolers in such explicit terms about sex in the first place ought to be cause for skepticism. Groups like Planned Parenthood apparently place little value on the innocence of childhood.

There is, in fact, little scientific evidence that assaulting preschool children with explicit gender terminology is any more effective than telling them about the stork.

To a preschooler—or for that matter, any reasonable adult—the stork would make a whole lot more sense than what Planned Parenthood now wants to tell the nation's children.

infuriates an old biology and anatomy insructor like me!

There is a fabulous story about refusing to acknowledge certain self-evident truths by the great Harry V. Jaffa, who told the story best himself though you can find it elsewhere.

In Jaffa's heartrending eulogy, The Soul of [W.F.] Buckley Jaffa writes: >On one occasion I crossed swords with Ernest van den Haag, that resolute and unflinching advocate of scientific positivism. Our dispute had its origins at a Philadelphia Society meeting, when I was lecturing on “We hold these truths to be self evident…” Van den Haag stood up and declared “There are no self evident truths…” I then asked him, “Is it not self evident to you that you are not a dog?” He replied, “No.” I then said, “Don’t you know that you are not a dog?” He again replied, “No.” I concluded the dialogue by saying “If you don’t know that you are not a dog, maybe you don’t know that I am not a fire hydrant." I don’t think many there left without knowing why certain self-evident truths were the basis, not only of justice, but of sanity. There is no ground for human rights in positive law unless there is a prior ground in natural law recognizing that human beings are neither beasts nor God.

The eulogy should be read by all. It is a classic in conservative literature.

Some say that it is the “men” who are forcing the “ladies” to kill unwanted offspring.

What sane parents would let Planned Parenthood talk to their child about sex?

It’s only been a few short years since I took over this list and the reasons to homeschool have far exceeded anything I could have dreamed of.

I’m sure!!!

Our daughter homeschooled our grandkids to get them away from common core math (and liberals) for awhile but had to go back to work.

She was amazed how quickly they changed (for the better) after being home with her for awhile versus at their very liberal school.

No, your opinion determines whether you are a boy or girl. It’s settled science

Attempts to silence the witness of nature, in other words.

“Science” can prove precious little, in fact almost nothing, of what matters. It can tell us about the chemistry of gold; it can’t tell us why gold is deemed valuable. In fact it can’t really answer any quality of life question without relying on a postulate about the quality of life.

The exceptions prove (test) the rule. If one has XXY or deformed genitalia, a very minority issue, then one has a question of what gender to go under that requires an educated guess. But for the 99+% comprising the rest, no such question should exist. The problem is a loss of integrated life philosophy.

.....”amazed how quickly they changed (for the better) after being home with her for awhile versus at their very liberal school”.....

Indeed! The same experienced when my son took his kids out of public schooling..and they were in their early teens at the time...He had enough!... He was stunned the difference it made for his kids plus the entire household. All three have now graduated, working, and well balanced individuals.

As I said, the information that all humans have nipples is accurate, and the statement that men do not have breasts was false.

Apart from that, people should know better than to look for useful information from Planned Parenthood.

More child abuse from the baby killers at Planned Parenthood.

I don't see how this could be considered anything other than blatant child abuse that should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law for pushing an agenda on the most vulnerable among us.

They should bring back the Scarlet Letter but in this case make it a Scarlet Tattoo right on their foreheads so they can go through life shamed and ridiculed for their heinous crimes against "the children".

It's at least as bad as pushing the narrative that all Pit Bull dogs are bad when only a tiny fraction of abused Pitties have hurt anyone.

No reason this bunch should get any funding from anywhere,& certainly not from the taxpayers. These people don’t have a clue about much of anything.
