LOUISVILLE, Ky. Police have cleared the scene of a protest that blocked elevators in a Kentucky building that houses an immigration court.
The group Occupy ICE Louisville says a group of people went into the building in downtown Louisville on Thursday morning to protest the separation of immigrant families. The protesters linked their arms together inside plastic tubes.
A large number of police outside the building dispersed just before noon as the protesters were taken away in a paddy wagon.

Duct tape a half dozen feral cats to each one, then hit them with a fire hose. I will bet that they manage to unlink and voluntarily leave.

We don't like the separation of families so we're trying to prevent the parents from getting their day in court which is the next step in reuniting them with their children.

The protesters linked their arms together inside plastic tubes. That stuff is pretty easy to cut through with a battery powered saw. Just passing it along...

See? Set that deck for the correct height and ZING! That PVC doesn't stand a chance. Another option could be heat. Melting plastic would solve the problem. Just looked up 'cutting a cast with a saw'. Easy, peasy.
My improved implement is highly efficient in the cutting of casts or other hard substances but yielding surfaces or materials are not cut or injured thereby in the event the cutter should accidentally contact the skin of a person and it does not cut fabrics or other objects unless they are supported by a fairly rigid backing.
