Those kind of lawyers.
Redundant
It bears repeating.....................B^)
The problem is, Trump couldn't do anything about his legal problems.
This guy could have done something about Trump's legal problems, by not allowing the tape to be aired.
I don't think it will cause Trump problems, but it's the idea of the thing. This was uncalled for and everyone with half a clue knows it.
Cohen even looks like a sleazy dirtbag. I’m sure he has put an end to his legal career by doing this, but he was probably angling for a job on CNN or MSNBC, or maybe a big book deal.
I guess I needed to be more detailed... lol. If you are in a public setting, it’s fair game.
You can report him to the bar association...it’s enough to disbar him.
At this point it would be pointless.
His law career is over..............
What Kind of Lawyer Would Tape a Client?
Anyone of them!
Do lawyers actually have ETHICS?
This may take quite a while to meditate on.
Law is...a profession that is also guided by strict ethics rules.
ROTFLMAO! OMG!
Add judges and politicians (most were lawyers) to that claim and I may need oxygen from laughing too hard!
I read somewhere that Trump was Cohen’s only client, so I’m not sure he’s a real lawyer anyway.
What Kind of Lawyer Would Tape a Client?
A lawyers kind of lawyer.
There are two distinct issues here.
(1) Taping a lawyer-client conversation. (This may be legal in New York.)
(2) The lawyer sharing the tape with a third party. This won’t fly in ANY state!
Someone I would not want as my lawyer.
He can kiss any chance of a pardon or assistance goodbye. His new buddies at the DNC will throw him away soon enough. What a moron.
I can understand taping a conversation—I once went to a therapist who recorded our discussions in order to remember everything—but she asked my permission and I knew it was happening.
Otherwise, it seems like a violation of trust by that lawyer, which goes against the oath that attorneys take.
As a 40 year businessman with clients and vendors there are many times I wish I had recorded some calls. I would say a smart attorney would, one that turns it over is doomed in his industry or in this case will only be working for the Clinton Crime Org the rest of his career.
Yeah, because no one cares about their legal troubles. *rolls eyes* ;)
“The story is HOW we know he did this. “
Do we know the answer to that?
