Disgraced sports physician Larry Nassar was assaulted within hours of arriving at prison following his conviction for child pornography, according to reports.
A court filing, seen by The Detroit News, claims the former USA Gymnastics and Michigan State University doctor was attacked when he was released into the general population at the high-security United State Penitentiary, in Tucson, Arizona, in May.
The claim was made in the document filed at Ingham County Circuit Court in Michigan, where Nassar is attempting to be resentenced.
According to lawyers Jacqueline McCann and Malaika Ramsey-Heath, the assault occurred as a result of the rhetoric of Ingham County Circuit Judge Rosemarie Aquilina, who allowed more than more than 150 victims to appear in court to testify against Nassar.
The documents accused the judge of allowing the proceeding to "devolve into a free-for-all," with some even wishing psychical harm on him.
Judge Aquilina made numerous statements throughout the proceedings indicating that she had already decided to impose the maximum allowed by the sentence agreement even before the sentencing hearing began," McCann wrote. "Thus, from the defendant's perspective the sentencing hearing was just a ritual.
"Instead of a proceeding to assist the judge in reaching a fair and just sentencing decision the judge used the nationally-televised proceeding as an opportunity to advance her own agenda, including to advocate for policy initiatives within the state as well as the federal legislatures, to push for broader cultural change regarding gender equity and sexual discrimination issues and seemingly as a type of group therapy for victims."

That’s too bad......................
It happens to child molesters in almost all prisons. Nothing new.
NOOOOO.....Not Larry!
Womp, womp, womp...
The inmates know about justice, and administer the justice that the justice system won’t.
winning!
My sympathy meter isn’t registering here.
Damned inmate slackers. He should be dead by now.
The alternative is solitary confinement for the rest of your life. Your choice Larry.
Surprised Michigan didn’t put him in Protective Custody immediately since he’s an infamous child molester.
So will be the states lawyers when the lawsuits are filed...
I’m going to go against the flow here.
If we can’t expect justice from our “justice system,” but rather have to be content with “justice” meted-out ad hoc by prisoners themselves according to jungle rules, then something is wrong with our justice system.
I’m perfectly fine, if society and voters agree, in having the death penalty for sexual crimes against children.
I’m not fine with judges and state-run prisons just going through he motions and having prisoners create their own justice.
I can’t feel sorry for this creep.
Sadly, it's a court of law, not a court of justice.
Can’t get too worked up when the predator becomes the prey...
Justice.
good news from prison for once.
Look I can’t fathom how it is considered normal for prison rapes and beatings to occur. How is this extra judicial punishment acceptable? Are we a nation of laws or not? Cops should not administer extra punishment and neither should prison guards allow other prisoners to administer rapes or beatings. It is disgraceful. The entire judicial system in this country is antithetical to the values of justice. From law making, enforcement, trial, sentencing and incarceration. A third world banana republic disgrace. DA’s cops, judges, the prison industry just a mess. Pathetic. When your foundation is rotten on the toolshed in the backyard a wise man will tear it down and start from scratch. So should this country.
Not much you can do about it.
This is what happens to chomos in prison.
Everybody knows that.
” The Detroit News” .. Complete Raciest Liberal Rag.
