President Trump will not immediately grant House Republicans' request to declassify and publicize currently redacted sections of the recently released FISA application used by the FBI to justify the surveillance of an ex-Trump aide, the White House said Monday.
Republicans on the House intelligence committee asked Trump last month to declassify portions of the surveillance warrant application for Page, according to a letter obtained by Fox News.
The heavily redacted application outlining the justifications for surveiling Page, which was approved and renewed several times by the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC), was released over the weekend after a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit.

Trump has kept sessions when he should have been long gone. I half way understand that, but there are so many Trump should have fired a long time ago, and other things he lets ride for a long time... I think his lawyers are advising him... someone is advising him .. to keep his mitts off this investigation.. I disagree 100%.
Trump has been right about other things... but this is hurting the country .. Trump is doing so well and getting our “great country” back again.. and this smelly investigation drapes a bad impression over who we are to other countries. After obama, we should stand proud and the media and mueller, has done so much damage.

The Democrat Party has only one card called the “Trump Hate Card.” The people who love Trump are not changing their minds. The Democrats will be forced to spend millions and millions on t.v. ads to convince more voters to hate Trump.
As much I wished for all of it to be exposed right this minute to shut down everyone,especially the lame media; I do understand that strategic releasing of such information for maximum return is wiser. Trump is in no danger it appears from Mueller investigation as Mueller is wrapped up in the illegal activities of the Obama DOJ.....

I keep hearing political reasons as justification for why nothing is being done to fix the mess in DOJ and the FBI. What about the rights of the people to know what happened? What about the damage that is being done to our once esteemed and highly respected law enforcement organizations? What about the growing perception of a tiered justice system that punishes some and looks the other way for others? What about people’s confidence in their government? What about the infringement on people’s right to privacy and protections under the under the law?
The point is, there are extremely serious side effects related to the corruption and malfeasance in our government. If somebody doesn’t do something about it we are all going to pay a big price for a long time to come.
The time to start fixing this mess is now. I’m not along in thinking this; the esteemed Republican strategist Ed Rollins strongly agrees. Its time to put the welfare of the country ahead of politics.
