Everything is exactly as presented in “the Memo” - they sourced Steele & Simpson, fed through Yahoo News / Isikoff / David Corn, which they cite,, added some color from Clapper, then tell the Court that “the FBI does not believe that Source #1 directly provided this information to the press”.
I read elsewhere on FR how the FISA Judge was friends with Peter Strzok...how is THAT not front page news?
Worth reading even with the redactions. It lays out the FBI’s case covering Trump campaign collusion. Page is described as an agent of a foreign power. Why hasn’t Mueller indicted him?
It states as a “fact” that Carter Page is a foreign agent working for Russia. It follows that with the statement that “there is speculation that the WikiLeaks release of DNC documents was given to WikiLeaks by Russia.”
That confirms what I already believed. The FISC judges are as corrupt as the FBI.

Different judge - the one you’re thinking of is Contreras, who is a member of FISC, but was recused by the DC Court after he accepted Flynn’s plea.
We now confirm:
The FISA application was signed off by Comey & Yate. The name of the F-I “supervisory agent” is redacted as is the name of the person certifying & officially submitting.
The FISC judge who signed FISA was the head Judge, Rosemary Collyer - she’s the one who congress previously sent a request to get a copy of the application she received (as it may be different than what the F-I/D-J is presenting now)
So the Justice Department again playing its little games by releasing to the NYTimes the docs ahead of Judicial Watch which isn’t expected to receive them until Monday via FedEx.

The F-I/D-J was responding to FOIA by Judicial Watch & said they were sending by FedEx. This copy was just published by NYT; Fitton didn’t expect to receive until Monday (since they didn’t e-mail)
Page was a business man...not an agent. Same thing with Manafort. Neither had anything to do with the President.
