Huh? I know she was forced to read this, but what should be said is something along the lines of "Countries spy on other countries ALL. THE. TIME. It's their job. It's our job to protect our citizens. We have made vast improvements and will do a much better job than the previous administration in preventing these and other foreign intelligence agents from hacking our citizens.
