Earlier today it was reported that Robert Mueller is seeking to give immunity to five potential witnesses in the Paul Manafort trial according to a new court filing Tuesday. It’s now suspected that two of the witnesses are creepy and criminal Podesta brothers, the Democrats’ poster boys.
Mueller is filing the requests under seal; Manafort is facing charges of bank and tax fraud and his trial begins next Wednesday in the Eastern District of Virginia.
The five potential witnesses have not been charged and their identity has not been released to the public.
Via NBC reporter Tom Winter: NEW: The Special Counsel’s Office notifies the court that they will seek immunity for up to 5 people to testify under conditions of immunity in the upcoming trial against Paul Manafort in Virginia. They say these people have not been publicly named before in the case.

A little preview of what would happen in your above scenario, happened this week. We had one little supposed summit mistake by Trump with Putin this week, and the left went nuts, and the RINOs, afraid of their own shadows, began to jump ship.
The same thing would happen it Trump were to fire Mueller or Sessions or Rosenstein. And I agree the president wouldn't be removed, but his presidency would grid to a halt.
That's the Strzok insurance policy. Mueller, Rosenstein and Sessions remain in place and control the DOJ and the FBI.

This is a long-shot, but what if Sessions and this prosecutor from Utah are covertly investigating this whole mess and waiting to disclose this all in an October surprise? This would explain Trump’s keeping the documents under security wraps until the right time.

I agree. Sessions was either duped or complicit. The fact that Rosenstein was confirmed 94-6 tells you everything you need to know about him. The democrat senators know, 100% without a doubt, who is there to work for them. A wild card yet to be played is Haspel. She did not garner much dem support and this is now an international affair.

I believe Rosenstein and Mueller are DEEP STATE, AND Hillary supporters. Sessions is MIA... either Deep State or blackmailed by left, imho. Those three are working together for some reason! Judge Jeanine had Utah House Rep on in Jan, 2018 and he said he talked to Sessions, and Sessions declared to him that he would not prosecute Hillary nor indict her... that should tell you all you need to know. That show was on U Tube...unbelievable declaration for a Conservative, so my reason for believing Session was wrong choice for AG.
Can Trump just pardon manafort right now? I know there is no love loss between them but giving PEDOsta brothers immunity is simply unacceptable
