Strzok explains how anti-Trump dossier made its way from Clinton camp to eager FBI
The Washington Times ^ | July 15, 2018 | Rowan Scarborough

The lengths to which the FBI relied on the Hillary Clinton opposition research dossier to investigate her political rival came into sharper focus with the testimony of the lead investigator, FBI agent Peter Strzok.

Mr. Strzok told a joint House committee last week that the FBI received from Associate Attorney General Bruce Ohr a raft of documents — including sections of the anti-Trump dossier — during the investigation into Russia election interference.

The first-time disclosure is significant because it confirms an unusual and continuing channel for collusion accusations that started outside the government with anti-Trump people and reached Mr. Ohr at the Justice Department and then the FBI.

Around that time, Mr. Ohr was communicating with dossier writer Christopher Steele. Mr. Ohr’s wife, Nellie, a Russia researcher, worked for Mr. Steele’s paymaster, investigative firm Fusion GPS, which was trying to damage Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump. Mr. Ohr met with Fusion co-founder Glenn Simpson after the November 2016 election.

Mr. Strzok, who led the FBI investigation of the Trump campaign, testified that he began receiving dossier sections in September 2016, but not from Mr. Ohr, and continued receiving documents into 2017. Mr. Strzok testified that he met with Mr. Ohr during that time.

The arrangement suggests that the FBI used the partisan, anti-Trump dossier and was eager to receive its episodic chapters from June to December 2016.

None of the Russia-Trump collusion charges has been publicly confirmed to date. Mr. Steele’s sources resided in the Kremlin.

Mr. Steele, a former British spy who told Mr. Ohr he wanted to destroy the Trump candidacy, ultimately was paid by the Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee.

It keeps saying that Putin “was motivated to help Trump because he both hated and FEARED HRC. What a load of crap.

The guy knew if he added that into his report, HRC would get wet panties and have meglomaniacal ecstatic episodes and pay him double for the report!

It is still on going with them, and the media who are covering their crimes up.
Most of the country has no idea what all of this is, and even liberals think it is made up, or have not heard of it.

Sessions has not done a damn thing about any of this, nor has he done anything with the Clinton foundation, Uranium, voter fraud, Jarrett, Lynch and Clinton on the tarmac, of this investigation with Comey, and lets not forget fast and furious , or .the IRS where she has still got away with it.
There needs to be a massive clean out of all these agencies

– Transcripts released Wednesday by the Senate Judiciary Committee say that Glenn Simpson, the co-founder of Fusion GPS, had dinner with Russian lawyer Natalia Veselnitskaya both the day before and the day after she met with Donald Trump, Jr. at Trump Tower on June 9, 2016. (11-7-17)
just wanted to make note of this for posterity

Yep and it is disgusting. It is one thing for a certain people, or party to be corrupt , but when you have a media covering their corruption and crimes the it is something else, and it pisses me off , especially when I have to try and explain what is happening only for the fool to say are you sure, or that is made up.

It’s been a while since I read it and I didn’t remember all the stuff about Cohen. I remember mention of Carter Page and Manafort and thought there was more about Manafort because the man really is sketchy as heck.

Regarding Trump they said that he refused any sweetener deals and that he participated in a bunch of sex parties that nobody can verify, and that he did the infamous “golden showers” destruction of a bed Obama had slept in, which just sounds gross.

What was proved about the activities of the Russians I believe is that they were trying to sow division between groups of voters by funding fringe elements like pretending to be BLM organizers while also organizing counter-protests. This as opposed to the dossier which states that the Russians caused the hawks and people to hate the elites. We are having a major labor disruption and that is going to do the same thing between labor and management that the last one did. Duh.

Trying to sow trans-Atlantic division, well there is that going on but didn’t the Europeans come out strongly against Trump? Are the Russians funding all of those protests? Did the Europeans refuse for years to live up to their NATO obligations? Will they be stronger if they do? Has the Russian gas pipeline been of concern for years? Trump didn’t pull out of NATO, and he has taken quite a lot of abuse. He kicked out a ton of Russian embassy staff and kicked them out of the one on the Left coast which seemed to be causing problems.

Cohen is a question because his lawyer has been making a lot of noise, and I did not see that before.

That said, after everything that Trump has been through I can’t imagine what of a sexual nature he could be blackmailed by the Russians for. He isn’t alleged to have sweetheart deals. If they turn Cohen, maybe, but Cohen has ties to Russian real estate through his wife, and Trump isn’t alleged to have taken any deals.

sedition: incitement of resistance to or insurrection against lawful authority

According to Merriam Websters Dictionary, the argument is not hard to make. :-)

Hey, not looking to start an argument here, we can agree to disagree here.

They did of course get a bunch of Russian military for hacking the DNC.

The dossier also says that there was a Clinton dossier (Pages 2 and 3):

5. Asked about the Kremlin’s reported intelligence feed to TRUMP over recent years and rumours about a Russian dossier of ‘kornpromat’ on Hillary CLINTON (being circulated), Source B confirmed the file’s existence. S/he confided in a trusted compatriot that it had been collated by Department K of the FSB for many years, dating back to her husband Bill’s presidency, and comprised mainly eavesdropped conversations of various sorts rather than details/evidence of unorthodox or embarrassing behavior. Some of the conversations were from bugged comments CLINTON had made on her various trips to Russia and focused on things she had said which contradicted her current positions on various issues. Others were most probably from phone intercepts.

6. Continuing on this theme, Source G, a senior Kremlin official, confided that the CLINTON dossier was controlled exclusively by Chief Kremlin spokesman, Dmitriy PESKOV, who was responsible for compiling/handling it on the explicit instructions of PUTIN The dossier however had not as yet been made available abroad, including to TRUMP or his campaign team. At present it was unclear what PUTIN’s intentions were in this regard.

Regarding Trump they said that he refused any sweetener deals and that he participated in a bunch of sex parties that nobody can verify, and that he did the infamous “golden showers” destruction of a bed Obama had slept in, which just sounds gross.

A very minor mention (two paragraphs) that seems to have received all the attention and the only part that Comey briefed Trump on.

I suggest you reread the dossier. Mueller is placing major pressure on Manafort to divulge what is alleged in the dossier. Cohen is also being heavily pressured because of the key role he allegedly played in coordinating with the Kremlin. If they are able to prove some of these allegations, then the dossier becomes a valid basis for the FISA warrant and surveillance of the Trump campaign and transition teams.

My point is that Mueller is heavily invested in proving that the dossier is true. The Dossier is a human intelligence document or [HUMINT] and therefore should be viewed not as evidence in a trial, but as a road map for investigators. It wouldn't surprise me to learn that the source of the information in the dossier comes from FBI and CIA files to frame Trump. Nellie Ohr was passing information to Steele who then incorporated it into the dossier rather than the other way around. This was an elaborate plot cooked up by the DNC using the FBI and CIA.

If I were the Reps in Congress, I would devote considerable effort to disprove the allegations contained in the dossier, rather than just pass them off as unverified and salacious.

"Had Hillary won the election the Trump Dossier would never have seen the light of day."

Au contraire. It would have been used to punish him, and we never would have had Rogers tell Trump to leave the Tower.

Cankles never thought they would lose. So when the heat got to her - for losing - this is what they did, they went ahead and used the dossier anyway.

Go back and look at the 3 months after the election, what the beaten Democrats did during that time frame holds the key to all the Mueller bs.
