Former President George W. Bush is “disturbed” by the "rhetoric" in the current immigration debate.
Bush attended an event at the Clinton Presidential Center in Little Rock, Ark., on Thursday with former President Bill Clinton, CNN reported.
He said the current immigration debate “undermines the goodness of America.”
"I think it doesn't recognize the valuable contributions that immigrants make to our society," Bush said. "And it obscures the fact — the rhetoric does — that the system is broken and needs to be fixed." There has been a national debate over handling immigration after the Trump administration implemented what it calls a “zero tolerance” policy to prosecute all adult migrants who enter the country illegally.

I was watching “Perry Mason” last night and an ad came on.
It was of a baby crying and various messages about borders etc., and how the child doesn’t care.
It literally made me furious especially when at the end, it was sponsored by UNESCO. A United Nations agency using their funds to attack President Trump. If we are paying anything into that org, it needs to cease immediately.

I’m disturbed that a republican ex-president refuses to acknowledge a difference between immigrants and “illegal border crossers”.
Unlike him, I am happy to call immigrants “great people”. I don’t try to slur their name/status by lumping them in with “illegal border crossers”.
I’m disturbed that his grandfather was a Nazi collaborator. I’m disturbed that his wife, who kept her mouth shut like it was sealed during the Obama’s eight disastrous years, runs her mouth now to criticize Trump for continuing her husband’s policies. I’m disturbed that the whole wretched family, who scorned the base of the Republican Party once they didn’t need them, gets a ton of publicity now voting for, chumming with, and kissing the tails of the criminal Clinton family. I’m “disturbed” that Laura Bush killed her ex-boyfriend in a very strange “accident”.

Then, of course, there's this family history: The Bush family, starting with GHW and his founding of ZAPATA OIL (nice Mexican name that!) and the family's move to west Texas and their CONTINUED (but largely concealed) affinity for our neighbors south of the border. The Bush babies were raised by Mexican nannies (legal? illegal? Quien sabe??) Both GW and Jebby speak Spanish, Jebb is married to the daughter of a migrant worker and they speak SPANISH almost exclusively en casa! Thank God Jebby got his ass kicked or we'd have had a REAL problem if he went on to the WH: The border would be gone by now.
