I've been hearing the "broken" canard for over 30 years. Has anybody EVER said exactly what is broken? You need to get a visa to legally enter the US. Broken? No.
There is a clearly defined process for becoming a citizen. Broken? No.
Anchor babies and chain migration, visa lotteries, and open borders. Broken? Absolutely yes. But I don't think this is the "broken" that Bush means.

Legal immigrants whose presence helps the American economy and working Americans in particular are a huge positive for our country. Their numbers and qualifications should be determined by Congress and then controlled by the President of the United States. Illegals? Their continued presence is always destructive and unforgivably harmful, no matter how long those criminals have been here. All illegals should be deported. No exceptions. Blending the two categories of "immigrants" is as dishonest as refusing to distinguish between rape and consensual marital relations.

Limbaugh still will not criticize any member of the Bush family. I have found reasons to despise them all especially the shrub. All of the insults that the Clintons threw at daddy Bush has all been forgiven shows me just how phony they are.
