How They Get Away With It

On the Manufactured Ignorance of the State Constitutions…

"If Congress can regulate this under the Commerce Clause, then it can regulate virtually anything — and the Federal Government is no longer one of limited and enumerated powers"

-Judicial Ruling under Wickard & Filburn

How can you possibly have people thinking that “Rights” are “Privileges”? How can you have elected Senators joyously and repeatedly trying to destroy the Rights guaranteed to us? How can you explain the absolutely lack of understanding that our great nation is a Republic and not a Democracy? How can all this be?

Well, the answer is simple.

The ignorance was planned. It is manufactured, and like many small cuts, it has eaten and tore away at the fabric of what the United States is. Today, all we have is something that has absolutely no resemblance to what it was initially set up as.

Let’s look at this.

Here we will look at this sad, sad state of affairs from the most basic premise. This premise is that the ignorance is intentional and manufactured by evil people for their own purposes. Additionally, fundamental to that ignorance is the suppression of the importance

They have many Freepers believing that Anwar Al-Awlaki’s kids, born in Yemen to one citizen parent, are natural born citizens of the US eligible to be President.

Natural born citizens are naturally citizens because they have only one nationality.
People born with multiple nationalities are precisely who the founders were excluding.

Yes, but the "natural born citizen" ship has sailed.

“Our children are learning garbage.”...……….

Nothing new at all, those who are teaching that garbage are merely passing the “garbage” they too had been fed. It is well past time to completely restructure our education system. Improving it (hopefully for the better) will take generations to achieve. Youth of today will be the teachers of tomorrow and until THEY are “reprogrammed”, nothing will change for the better of our nation.

There are many, many reasons that can be cited for this loss, however there have been certain events at the federal level that accelerated this process. I will cite, in my mind, The top influences…

The problem is that, for a man, living in safety is not enough. We have to live a life of freedom. It’s a manly thing that most women cannot understand. They want a safe, nurturing environment. They want to “nest” with “nesting behaviors“.

The atom bomb will be when we reassert the 10th Amendment’s power, eroded to large degree by Snarlin’ Arlen Specter. The 2nd atom bomb will be to officially change the “born here as a citizen” craziness.

Mass education was the ingenious machine constructed by industrialism to produce the kind of adults it needed. The problem was inordinately complex. How to pre-adapt children for a new world – a world of repetitive indoor toil, smoke, noise, machines, crowded living conditions, collective discipline, a world in which time was to be regulated not by the cycle of sun and moon, but by the factory whistle and the clock.

The solution was an educational system that, in its very structure, simulated this new world. This system did not emerge instantly. Even today it retains throw-back elements from pre-industrial society. Yet the whole idea of assembling masses of students (raw material) to be processed by teachers (workers) in a centrally located school (factory) was a stroke of industrial genius. The whole administrative hierarchy of education, as it grew up, followed the model of industrial bureaucracy. The very organization of knowledge into permanent disciplines was grounded on industrial assumptions. Children marched from place to place and sat in assigned stations. Bells rang to announce changes of time.

The inner life of the school thus became an anticipatory mirror, a perfect introduction to industrial society. The most criticized features of education today – the regimentation, lack of individualization, the rigid systems of seating, grouping, grading and marking, the authoritarian role of the teacher – are precisely those that made mass public education so effective an instrument of adaptation for its place and time.

It’s a “living” document because it may be amended by the people, but since the press decided that judges get to decide how much power judges have, they’ve given themselves the right to choose to grab more and more power over the other two branches of government to the point of giving themselves the right to illegally amend the Constitution by simple majority vote of judges. That’s what the Supreme Court did when it decided there was a right to same-sex marriage & then used its illegal amendment to order states to license same-sex marriage, even though nobody has passed any law allowing it, nor did the Supreme Court strike down any law. It’s no different than the Supreme Court declaring “Medicare-for-all” or vetoing a war because they decided its an illegal war against a minority or something.
Imagine if the shoe was on the other foot & a Republican Supreme Court said if everybody doesn’t pay income tax, then nobody pays income tax & bans the income tax for violating “equal protection”.......or if it said that if minimum wage & Obamacare applies to “big” business (arbitrarily defined), then it must apply to ALL business.
Forming an exclusive couple is an act of discrimination. Licensing medical doctors & marriage is a form of regulation. The purpose of licensing heterosexual marriage was because promoting heterosexual monogamy serves the social function of law & order so females, males and the state could be reasonably certain that the husband is the father of the babies. If females did not form couples or get married, nobody would know who the father of their babies were & couldn’t hold them responsible. (now we just deal with our illegitimacy problem by violating male right to privacy & reproductive rights, even though the LAW says that life does NOT begin at conception & thus we don’t hold females responsible for pregnancies but we hold even single males responsible for pregnancies females choose to carry to term & keep the baby because the state will make taxpayers and fathers pay even if the female herself has no job or money) The purpose of licensing marriage was in part to discourage homosexual behavior & promiscuity......but the court gave itself power to illegally amend the Constitution to impose its own morality to encourage homosexuals & to write into the Constitution that homosexual is not a behavior but an inborn gender or orientation, but offered up no science to defend the claim behind illegally amending the U.S. Constitution. and because it makes parents and siblings of homosexuals feel good, and because the press does NOT protect freedom and the Constitution.....a complete new order has replaced the old one. ...with side effects people can’t even yet imagine......but next will come polygamy and challenging of single family zoning laws so the Manson family can live next door to you and me.

No the natural born ship has not sailed.

It is lying dormant until we have Constitutionalist Supreme Court Justices. We need to first dissolve anchor baby citizenship, with Grandfathering if necessary but with revoking for felonies. Then the issue of Natural born citizenship can be addressed. The Founders specified it for a reason for P & VP only and our National security is compromised without that barrier.

I think you do a disservice here to the many American patriots who happen to be women. Generalizations about the sexes is neither just nor accurate. Woman in the early days of our Country fought in disguise, binding their breasts to make America free. Women served the cause of Freedom in many ways. Sarah Palin would not thank you for your words, nor would Margaret Thatcher who turned back the tide of the welfare nation, for a time, in the UK.

I see your point, but Wickard, a unanimous decision, gave exactly the sort of unlimited interpretation of Congress’ commerce power that you oppose. The decision held that a few acres of home-grown wheat, none of which left the farm on which it was grown, could be regulated by Congress under the commerce power.

Ann Coulter feels the same way, that women shouldn't vote. Generalizations about the sexes are just and accurate. The results speak for themselves.

When you cherry pick you can make results say anything you want.
Ann Coulter does not represent the voice of reason, nor of American womanhood. She is purposely controversial for publicity. One day her sky is blue the next day black. When she is on target her wit & intellect carry the day but much of the time she is stridently fatuous.

Nope. The quote is from Justice Thomas’s dissent to Gonzales v Raisch, the case George Bush pushed through the USSC.
