Ethics must be upheld at FBI
The Boston Herald ^ | 07-13-2108 | Herald Staff

Yesterday’s hearing on Capitol Hill featuring FBI agent Peter Strzok quickly turned into a political firefight among lawmakers, but overall it was a damning illustration of the toxic culture that exists within the Washington, D.C., beltway.

At one point, Oversight Committee Chairman Trey Gowdy confronted the former investigator over some anti-Trump texts he had sent. In 2016, after FBI lawyer Lisa Page asked Strzok if Trump would ever become the president, his response was, “No. No he won’t. We’ll stop it.”

Republican committee members read a number of Strzok’s vitriolic texts about Donald Trump and his supporters, and at one point Congressman Darrel Issa even directed Strzok to read them himself, which he did.

It was chilling to hear.

What if the “clean-up” of the FBI “leadership” was outsourced to the Mafia/Mob?

That would be a variation on Rep. Nancy P's endorsement of MS-13.

It all starts from the top. Just look at the filthy political hack losers who’ve been appointed director in recent years...Mueller, Comey (who wouldn’t even carry a gun) and now Faye Wray. A few years back there was even another Sessions (no less), william Sessions of Ruby Ridge and Waco fame. With leaders like this no wonder the Bureau is FUBAR.

You have to actually live by a code of ethics before you uphold them.

That place has been one screw-up after another since J Edgar Hoover.

Before Hoover went.

At the end, he listened to the House Speaker from MA, and accepted a couple of Boston guys as agents.

They turned out to be pretty corrupt. The surviving one is serving time, just one of his many crimes, as an accessory to murder for providing info about a businessman that stopped the skim from a legitimate business he bought.

Oh, also out of Boston, Hoover may or may not have been around, they framed some guys to put pressure on, and then let them get convicted for crimes they didn't commit.

Decades later they/estates were awarded around $100M. The DOJ's been dragging paying them off, as I recall.

No it wouldn't.

You’ve made at least two references about the mob now in context of Strzok’s testimony. What are you hinting at?

I hinting that this coup must be put down by any means available. Congress is not up to the task. It is time for out of the box thinking.

The Boston office was corrupt.

But how many terrorist attacks did the agency miss? The Russians were screaming at us to look at the Boston Bombers, but the FBI was too busy spying on tea-party members.

Ignored the Florida shooter.

Missing the San Bernidino killers.

Investigating the Orlando shooter before the attack, but missing clues. Ignoring a citizen's call he was concerned about the shooter weeks before the attack.

Various incidents of leaving guns, documents, etc in cars to be stolen. And not to forget the FBI dancing shooter.

Every time one of these incidents happens, it seems the killer or terrorist was reported to the FBI before hand. I'm sure there are exceptions, but if someone made a list of FBI screwups related to these incidents, I'm sure it would measure in the dozens.

But instead of protecting the public, it seems the FBI are texting each other, screwing around on each other and hating America and Americans.

No way Strzok could turn on and off his boiling hatred for Trump between is dozens of daily texts. If anything it would make him more infuriated and introduce more bias into his work product.

The fact is, his bosses knew this and allowed this, people like Comey thought this Left Wing expression of extremist political thought was a good thing for the culture, it isn’t. Lead Investigators really should be apolitical to do an unbiased job.
