Manafort's suffering is the right way to win a political contest. Mueller's investigation has no basis in law, it is political. The way to win is to play smart politics. Perhaps that means firing Meuller at the right moment, but that could also mean letting a man suffer for the cause. Manafort was certainly not clean, but does not deserve this. The violations of his rights will be a good lesson for independents who are given the facts.
Since when does a prosecutor have the authority to determine the cell assignment? Usually it’s the prison warden that makes such a determination based on the risk of, and against the prisoner.
Mueller and the rest best stand by for what’s coming their way.
