They consider the Today Show an actual news program????
I wasn't born yet.
Less to do with Lester Holt than with coverage of Stormy Daniels.
So sad.....bahawwwaaaaaa
Thats great, but what Id really like to see is a halt to the use of taxpayer funds for the pseudo-neutral PBS/NPR. They are unabashedly propaganda arms for the democrat party and the left, thinly disguising themselves as a public service.
Once?
When?
1939?......................
I thought it was impolite to start a headline with a lie.

NBC Spews has not been respected since the early days of Hunley-Brinkley and newscasts were 15 minutes long. When the 'News' departments were moved under entertainment, and they became 24 x 7, they took it upon themselves to "interpret" the news for the weak minded and then it was a short jump to manufacturing the news.
Look on the bright side: except for management, anchors, editing, and reporting, it’s actually doing pretty well.
When GE owned NBC, Jack Welch ruined NBC News. Welch hired the leftist ideologue Zucker. Zucker in turn hired leftist producers and correspondents who admitted that they would turn NBC news into a biased progressive outlet patterned after the Guardian newspaper in Britain. The did what they said they would do and turned NBC into a propaganda platform trusted by no one. Zucker moved on to CNN and completed the total transformation of that already biased leftist outlet into pure garbage.
That MSNBC is part of their organization is enough to keep me from watching NBC. That and the fact that there’s nothing and nobody on NBC News I want to watch anyway.
[[The Once-respected]]
It’s true- NBC was respected for ONE day way back when- Can’t remember that day now
Is Me-again still on??
It was around 1971 when my father had finally had enough of Walter Cronkite at CBS. He angrily announced, to no one in particular, that Cronkite was “a g**damn communist”. Dad loved Richard Nixon. Cronkite was not a Nixon man.
We started watching John Chancellor at NBC the next day. I could never tell what Chancellor’s personal politics were (though I could once he retired and started writing opinion pieces). Tom Brokaw came in to replace him and did a pretty good job as well. But that ended after Ronald Reagan got elected and Brokaw ruined his image (with me at least) by giving a Reagan attacking interview to Mother Jones Magazine.
From that moment on it’s all been down hill and into the sewer for NBC.
In the good news-bad news category, MSNBCs ratings fortunes have jumped in the last two years, the channel relishing its role as a leading Trump antagonist.
