While Fox News opinion hosts gushed about President Donald Trump’s decision to nominate Brett Kavanaugh to replace Anthony Kennedy on the U.S. Supreme Court, the set of “Fox & Friends” was a bit cooler on the idea.

I am leery myself. Fox and Friends is a conservative show.
Rush opened his show stating this would be on of the left’s tactics to portray him as a swamp dweller, but I was surprised that Judge Nap did.
I not only watch F&F most mornings, I also record it every day in case I miss while getting ready for my day.
Nowhere was the Judge “trashed” by anyone!!!

We are aware of the judges ties to the rino gope crowd but I have decided to trust my president and the thorough vetting of his opinions and back ground.We need to stand united. I simply have to thank God that this is a Trump pick and that we aren’t suffering a hillary hack leftist baby killing puppet. Not my favorite but I am convinced we will get Mrs. Barrett for ruth buzzy. SOON!!
I trust Trump, he doesn’t make many mistakes and this is one he would never make. This man’s family can only be trashed and that’s what they will do. I feel sorry for his wife and girls. I’m sure Trump explained to Brett what was coming.

Judge Nap is a buffoon. He provides the comic relief at Fox.
I have doubts especially after McTraitor came out for him. With a 51-49 split and the two women Rino’s promising trouble for a true conservative he is probably the best we can get across the finish line. That said he could be another Souter. Just pray for the best. The good news is Trump gets to appoint another to the DC circuit to replace Judge Kavanaugh.

Judge Napolitano indeed said that Kavanaugh was the DC Swamp choice. I was really surprised.
None of the finalists were perfect in every way. Kavanaugh has a long history, is well admired and conservative on most issues. Yes, there is a very slight chance of his being soft on a couple of issues (but not a Souter, or even Kennedy). Hard for the left to credibly Bork Kavanaugh.
Personally, I would have preferred Amy Coney Barrett - they would have attacked her with such vitriol, maybe even killing her nomination, that GOP would have done significantly better in mid-terms; the anger would bring out the big numbers. Then she would be a cakewalk in January. However, when FBG finally retires, Amy will step right up.
If they succeed in derailing Kavanaugh, it will bode well for mid-terms as well; we’ll get him approved in January with our larger Senate.
I understand he reached out to BO but asked for a valid U.S. birth certificate.

If I think of him just needing to be a bit better than Kennedy, it is a win. It will not be hard for that to happen.
Kavanaugh was part of the GWB administration, making him a DC insider. However, he had the good sense to have married a Texan. Napolitano is more of a sour grapes kind of guy. Didn’t get offered the job, didn’t get his favorite alternative for the job. He’s been off on his predictions a lot of times the last couple of years.
Breitbart said that Kavanaugh is good on immigration. I don’t know why the Establishment would be praising him though.
Napolitano is a dilettante. He doesn’t like Trump. He is full of himself
