Does this apply to the crime of resisting arrest? Misprision of felony? Obstruction of justice?

yet, SCOTUS adiosed Arizona’s immigration law in part that Arizona’s law is invalid because it attempts to exercise a power over immigration that belongs solely to the federal government.
How does this not apply to California ?
