Immigration is my number one issue. Also, that Hardiman and Kethledge are both seen as closer to being “moderates” and were backed by McConnell tells me that they weren’t the right choices either.
I’m not keen on Kavanaugh’s apparent swamp operative past, but I am confident in his jurisprudence.
My sense also.
I wish they would bork this one and he can nominate Amy Coney Barrett.
What is needed is an objective analysis of Kavanaugh’s decisions.
The only illegal thing I’ve actually read about was something about an illegal slut who wanted an abortion and his statement or decision or whatever it was, was not actually pro-illegal, but something boring going along with legal precedent that has been twisted.
I already am not impressed about him touting diversity and how many women clerks he’s hired.
But I will wait until I can read rational commentary about him.
