I'm sure this has Trump's attention.

Trump is enjoying all the speculation about who he will name in the fake news media.

Couldn’t they wait like the rest of us lesser mortals fot the reveal on Monday night?

No wonder liberals are on edge about this nomination.

I have yet to see Trump go with consensus or compromise where it comes to upholding his promises to the public.

If this gent becomes the nominee, it will be purely for Trump’s own reasons.

Politico reported Thursday, citing positive interviews and support by conservatives like Hugh Hewitt

Hugh Hewitt is a conservative? Since when?!

Wishful thinking on the left. There is no compromise.

Conservatives gave up on Hewetts’ opinions years ago.

The MSM still refer to him, Kristol and Geo. Wills as Conservatives, which they are not.

I haven’t looked through the credentials and appellate decisions of every candidate presently under consideration, so I don’t have a best choice here. But, this guy is no Souter.

Looking at some of his better known opinions, he is consistently a solid constitutional conservative. He is not, however, and Ivy League graduate and therefore lacks the credentials to a a SC judge in this global world where we have to consider the natural rights of climate change advocates, the sanctified position of sharia law, and the importance of Social Justice.

I can imagine the left trying to torpedo this guy by trying to get themselves and some RINOs behind him.

So the establishment gets their open borders Supreme Court pick as well as a thumping for the GOP in the midterms giving power over to the Dems? I hope not.

If Ann is against, then I’m for. All I have read he sounds good. And trump’s list was supposedly vetted by heritage and federalist society. Ann likes Kavanaugh, not bad but maybe too long in DC

Evangelicals have absolutely no horse in this race whatsoever. Amy Coney Barrett would worry them because she seems unlikely to stand her ground on Vatican lobbying and evangelicals do not see eye to eye with the Vatican particularly on the issues of open borders and socialism. She has said that she would recuse herself from cases that conflict with her faith, and that would be perfectly fine in a lower court where cases could just be passed on to another judge but that remedy isn’t an option here. Plus 2/3 of the Supreme Court is Catholic. Wouldn’t those other justices also be candidates for recusal on the same reasoning?

Barrett is a pig in a poke. She jst is.

And Kethledge is an open-borders man. So is Hardiman.

Never Trumpers would have been happy with Hillary Clinton's choices for the Supreme Court. Otherwise they would not be Never Trumpers.

Why should anybody care what they have to say in this matter?

Kethledge is far more liberal than Justice Kennedy.

Kethledge favors open borders and rights for illegal immigrants.
