I wonder if they can widen the tunnels or make new tunnels, without risking the kids?

This is a good graphic from the newspaper that shows the difficulties ...

They’ve said from the first there is so little oxygen that only 2 rescuers at a time are allowed in where they boys are.

I gather this was not while he was underwater. A SEAL should know better than to run out of oxygen. Always protect yourself so you can protect others.

Wonder if we’re not being told the whole truth about the SEAL since the story has changed from them being a scout troop to now a football team and that they couldn’t swim but now there is a picture of them swimming prior to the cave. Just the facts. How hard is that to report?

This was suggested by another Freeper. A 2 foot wide flexible tube strung through the submerged parts of the cave as I've illustrated here. Put a harness on the kids and after greasing them up real well in order to slide better, pull each one through with a rope. Hope someone there is at least considering the idea. cave

Wow, those kids are in deep sh*t. Just heard about this yeasterday. This is disastrous. My prayers for the fallen SEAL, those running the rescue and the kids who hopefully will come out of this alive and remember not to do dumb things like this ever again.

Why not tether the boys to a SEAL (the smallest one) and use Brownies Third Lung.

https://www.browniedive.com/

Many non scuba certified recreational swimmers have success with this- hose length 150’.

Or a SEAL tethers a boy with a mini portable oxygen device on the boy which is swapped out every few minutes.

If a SEAL can get in the cave, a tiny slim boy can get out. They have to risk it and begin getting them out.
