Good article and diagrams:
HLN said earlier that drilling for the miners took two months but the boys don’t have that much time with more rains and flooding coming in the monsoon season.
Also reported was this was a tourist cave with paths, steps and handrails. I’m failing to understand if that’s the case, then why are they having to haul out big rocks and why the boys would need full climbing gear. If they went into the cave without climbing gear, why do they need it coming back out. The more that’s being reported, the more jumbled up the story is becoming.
The diagram shows the longest the boys would be underwater is 30 meters. That’s 98 feet or the 32 yard marker on a football field. That’s not even two average US backyard widths.
Comparing map one and map two, the tallest height is 10 meters and the lowest 1 meter. None of the heights is 30 meters so that has to be from one end of the pool of water to the other.
Looks like there may be places where air pressure is keeping water levels down.
RIP
I hope the idiot who took the kids in there faces charges.
