I had a friend who was a paralegal in a law office that administered one of the Kennedy kids’ trusts. Bobby’s and Ethel’s kids would have to come in about once a quarter to sign papers and sometimes to get money. My friend said that the kids treated everyone in the office like dirt — barking orders like the secretaries, paralegals and even lawyers were their servants. So it doesn’t surprise me that Ethel treated everyone like dirt too. Its a typical liberal trait. The louder they wail about their love for the “little people,” the worse they treat them.

I went to an Independence Day celebration yesterday in what could be considered "anytown USA" and it was like a cross-section of America: all sorts of colors, all sorts of shapes, people in wheelchairs, a few foreign languages being spoken, and a few people "out there" (i.e., a dude dressed like the Statue of Liberty). There were no protests, no hate, and the Mayor didn't get political. It was enjoyable.
