New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy approved legislation Tuesday that will permit transgender individuals to legally alter the sex that is recorded on birth and death certificates.
The law Murphy signed demands that New Jersey’s Registrar of Vital Statistics provide an amended birth certificate to transgender individuals and no longer requires them to provide documentation of sex reassignment surgery.
"Today is an important day for New Jersey as we continue to strive toward equality for all of our residents, regardless of sex or gender expression," Murphy, a Democrat, said in statement. "Allowing vital records to match gender identity is an important step forward that will allow transgender individuals to control the disclosure of their transgender status.”

Set up another corporation with your wife as princila stock holder
Then subcontract to the main corporation
This will end up in federal courts when one state cannot or won’t accept an out of state drivers license with no gender. The ultimate decision will be like homo marriage ... to be whatever gender or no gender at all is a fundamental right.
What should happen is a decision that says that if this is how things are done in NJ, great, it applies only to NJ. But to be valid in other states NJ has to have a separate line indicating the physical (male or female) anatomy. Else a state will be allowed to do things, like pull their pants down in public to figure out which jail cell to send a NJ arrestee partying too hard at the beach in another state.

To make it more fair, I think he should require EVERYONE in his state to have a sex change....That’s probably not far down the pike! That way the ODD ones wouldn’t feel singled out and everyone would be on the same level! WAIT - there are some dingbats out there thinking about it!
Thanks, I was born in New Jersey. I escaped though, and consider myself to be a Texan. New Jersey has become a no go zone for me. I have not been back to Bleeping Joisey since January 1, 1989.

This is in violation of the RealID Act so yes, it is unacceptable for getting on airplanes and trains and for obtaining Federal benefits and payouts, including Social Security and student loans.

That's a very good idea. You should also change your birth certificate to match whatever is the preferred race for people seeking contracts.
