White House reporters apparently thought that Jarrod Ramoss murderous rampage was somehow President Trumps fault. When he crossed the White House lawn late yesterday afternoon, they hectored him for a statement on the shootings. The bitterness in their voices is palpable. NBC News tweeted this as if they were proud of it:
The president had already released a statement on the shootings at the time he was badgered by reporters.
Then we have Rob Cox, a senior editor at Reuters, who tweeted:
This is what happens when @realDonaldTrump calls journalists the enemy of the people. Blood is on your hands, Mr. President. Save your thoughts and prayers for your empty soul.
Actually, of course, Ramoss vendetta against the Capital Gazette had nothing to do with Trump referring to some journalists as enemies of the people. Cox has subsequently apologized and deleted his tweet.
Somehow, I dont recall reporters blaming Barack Obama every time a murder was committed during his administration. In fact, the homicide rate rose during Obamas second term, apparently in response to the Black Lives Matter movement, which Obama endorsed, and the anti-police sentiment that Obama shared. I dont remember any reporters asking Obama about the spike in homicides, let alone trying to blame him for a particular crime.
These are just two out of thousands of examples of misbehavior by reporters that explain why President Trump and many others consider some journalists to be enemies of the majority of Americans.

Trump calls it out. People check it out. People believe Trump.
Red wave.
These people make Sam Donaldson look civil.
The very first opportunity to ask about the suspect, motive, etc., and instead its straight back to the gun control agenda.
LOOK!! SQUIRREL!!!!
I will say that the Reuters editor apologized - well, sort of.
That said, what is it with these nutcases? Have you ever lined them up (from Sandy Hook on down) and looked at their faces? Theyre practically identical, crazy eyes, no chin, dead white skin color - is this a syndrome?
Whatever it is, our mental health system is seriously failing, because about 50% of them were under treatment at the time of their killings. The others had eluded even that because the schools and law enforcement had refused to refer them for treatment or, more fittingly, incarceration.
I was at the Trib being interviewed on the one year anniversary of my "Put Me In Charge" letter to the editor that went viral. The reporter offers a tour and as we made our way through the building she introduced me to the Editor.
He shook my hand and said "I guess you never dreamed of being here, did you?" I said "Yes, but it was always at night and I had satchel charges..." He turned and walked away without another word.
Joe Birdbrain, oops Biden said folks should use a shotgun instead of an assault rifle. I guess the press conveniently forgot that.
Lol
Uh ... this guy has been feuding with them for years. Long before Trump said that about reporters.
But when does truth matter to them anyway?
The left is blaming the shooting on Trump and his claim that the media is the enemy of the people. Hannity is blaming the shooting on Maxine Waters and her threat against Republicans. And lost in all that is the fact that the shooting was done by a homicidal loser who just had a beef with the paper.

But now they are warned to defend by night.
I was standing in the vestibule of a building in DC once, when he was leaving the building and walked past me. We often saw well-known people there, so I didn’t think much of it and didn’t acknowledge him.
He actually turned his head to stare at me as he walked by. I couldn’t tell if he was miffed that I didn’t recognize him, or was warning me off from speaking to him. I think it was the former...
The vast majority of 'em are truly seditious bastards, and wear their contempt for our nation's heritage like a f'n party hat.
He was a dick with a capital “D”. He use to taunt the Marines in formation outside the White house. I was in the Corps with some Marines who were at 8th and I. They did not like him.
This is what happens when @realDonaldTrump calls journalists the enemy of the people.
Nothing the majority of citizens didn’t feel even before Trump was elected!
I always wonder if these people would be dicks anyway, or if fame and self-perceived importance just go to their heads.
(My Daddy was a Marine. Semper Fi!)
