The whole public sector unions and compulsory dues is a giant scam to finance the DemonShit party with tax payer money. Cutting off that cash flow is going to do great things for the 2018 elections.

A group of 15 public sector unions, warned the court in a friend of the court brief that eliminating fair-share fees would eviscerate public sector unions, depriving them of resources they need perform their essential public functions that would be donated to the democratic party There, I fixed it!

Oregon is one of those states run by a Public Union...we have been WAITING FOR THIS!!! SEIU has to be freaking out right now...and we have a Governor’s race heating up...currently we have a bi-sexual, Soros supported, SEIU run “woman” as Governor...we NEED a GOP governor after 34 years!!! Hoping this helps.

5-4 again? Ginsburg needs to retire, or be smothered with a pillow. She's the SCOTUS equivalent of Leonid Brezhnev, clinging to power while barely on life-support.

Huge Slush Fund and mandatory Dem voting. In NJ you have to pay these scumbags who do nothing but run Democrap politics. They make and change rules daily to get their way. Hopefully this will change.

Public employees unions should be disbanded. It’s ridiculous they ever got started.

how the 4 that supported the unions justify their stance? its not legal its political... THAT'S how they justify it ... it is a POLITICAL decision that they believe is what the SCOTUS should be doing.

I thought the ruling affected only dues for political donations, but listening to Varney, they are saying it affects ALL dues for public employee unions (all activities government unions do ARE inherently political), eliminates closed shops, and requires employees to opt IN to join a union, not opt OUT!
WOW! Much bigger than thought. Teachers unions may lose several hundred thousand members (30%) drop!

Public employees unions should be disbanded. Its ridiculous they ever got started.Exactly, if the government employer can't be fair to workers then eliminate government as an employer.

Public employee union membership in Wisconsin is down 40% since Act 10 which did the same thing in that state.
Given the choice, 40% of those previously paying union dues opted not to.
Winning BIGLY indeed!
