9th circuit to overrule in 3...2....1...
I’m disgusted that this was 5-4. One individual could have scuttled the Constitution yet again.
OK, great decision even if it was too close for comfort. Now we just need the SCOTUS to rule the right way on the mandatory union dues for public workers.
Bump!!
Hawaiian judge is deeply saddened.
Donald Trump & the Supremes...MAGA 👍

I love the sound of wailing progressives in the morning
“When the dog bites
When the bee stings
When I’m feeling sad
I simply remember my favorite things
And then I don’t feel so sad”
This should bode well for the case to build the wall as well.
Build the wall, enforce the law, deport them all! End sanctuary cities, end anchor babies, end chain migration,. end DACA! Slap a moratorium on immigration from certain muslim coutries until we can figure out what the hell is going on!
Best election, best POTUS, evah!!
Trump should issue travel ban on people coming from Central America ... that would shake things up.
Holding: The President has lawfully exercised the broad discretion granted to him under 8 U. S. C. §1182(f) to suspend the entry of aliens into the United States; respondents have not demonstrated a likelihood of success on the merits of their claim that Presidential Proclamation No. 9645 violates the establishment clause.
Judgment: Reversed and remanded, 5-4, in an opinion by Chief Justice Roberts on June 26, 2018. Justice Kennedy and Justice Thomas filed concurring opinions. Justice Breyer filed a dissenting opinion, in which Justice Kagan joined. Justice Sotomayor filed a dissenting opinion, in which Justice Ginsburg joined.

Next up, the showboaters in Congress scramble to pass a new law.
It’s a win, but it’s disheartening that it was a 5-4 decision. The minority opinion said that the ban gave “the appearance of discrimination”. Rather than vote on the actions of the administration, the minority justices voted on the appearance they thought they saw.
That’s not law, that’s “stick a finger in the air” judging. Those 4 justices ought to be ashamed of themselves, but without a conscience, there can be no shame.
