While the case is remanded, the 9th Circuit is left with little wiggle room. This is over. The President has the authority that the Constitution gives him, and public comments cannot “trump” the Constitution and written Proclamation. This has implications for the recent temper tantrums of the Looney Left and the Press, but I repeat myself.

Given the 9th is a lower court, they can’t.

But, yes, they will attempt to circumvent.
