The story of White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders being kicked out of a Virginia restaurant by the owner, Stephanie Wilkinson, takes on more context today as Mike Huckabee explained during a radio interview.
According to Mr. Huckabee the owner of the Red Hen restaurant not only kicked out Sarah Sanders and her in-laws, but she followed them to another restaurant, organized a group of people to assist her efforts, and then led the mob in continued harassment of the Sanders family.

It is assault. To be in fear of bodily harm by words or actions of another. To follow someone across a street to shout negative opinions in the face is easily recognizable as the very next phase to expect of the prococative incident would be physical harm. Goading, instigating and incitement (getting in your face) is also illegal in most states.

There are a whole lot of people out there who applaud her and others for doing this crap. They say they are fighting fascism. These people really are unhinged. One guy bragged about restaurants he knows of that refuse to serve cops and other “fascists”.
Stephanie Wilkinson is mystifying...
If you asked her what her number one beaf with Trump would be, it’s about 90% sure it would be his treatment of women.
To get even with the “despicable Trump”, Wilkinson zeros in on Sanders, a woman with a very prestigious job given to her by Donald Trump.
He hired her on, because she is very capable.
So Wilkenson, zeroed in on a very capable woman answering directly to the most powerful man in the world. Not satisfied with harassing her in her own establishment, she then went trolling to another restaurant.
Ah yes, the endearing characteristics of Leftists who love women so much.
It’s almost as endearing as Obama’s actions to end the bloodshed in Chicago, where anywhere from 10 to 20 Blacks died each weekend during his presidency.

As a lawyer, I’m curious what cause of action you think could be used to sue JimRob in this situation.

I agree you are curious, because I think you know the answer and you are probing and wasting my time. But I’ll bite one time.
So now I’m curious also. Do you do a lot of liability cases where there has been murder or serious attack or property damage and someone is going through a criminal trial? Do you advise people about liability or do you just wait until something happens and pick up the case? you must agree that in out litigious society a lawsuit can be filed in some venues based on the temperament of the judge.
I am not an attorney. I was a line staff and then a high level manager in corrections and did course in 15 states to managers including liability for corrections managers and staff for 28 years.
He could be cited as a source of the home address to the person who committed a murder. He would argue that it is on the internet elsewhere. The parents of the dead children, after showing pictures of their bodies to the jury, would say that if he didn’t let it be posted the murderer wouldn’’t have seen it because on his computer he spends a lot of his time only on three web sites.
As an experienced attorney, you probably advise your client when asked about liability and say even if the exposures limited he might want to do something simple like not let people put up, private addresses of people when there is a volatile national incident underway.
So the bottom line is feel free to advise the owner to leave the information up. I gave my opinion and so fare the owner or moderator agrees despite the BS I went through with the anonymous people posting it here and their apologists.

Thanx for answering the questions. I gave you that respect. You’re as sarcastic an asshole as some I have met. I have dragged this issue for the last 90 minutes and I believe the owner did the right thing. The rest of you can cram it. If you don’t see the issue, then you must be a desk attorney. Go troll someone else.
