I leaned on this being false just based on the headline. These people are horrible
we are stopping prosecutions of criminal illegal alien animals if the have kids but we are not returning unaccompanied illiterate wards of the state costing $36,900 per year to their beloved families in Mexico. I’m sorry but this is a disaster.

I think it is a deliberately misleading headline.
I don’t believe the President Trump changed policy - the new Executive Order discussed the logistic requirements, and gave DHS the ability for exceptions, if there were logistics/budget constraints.
This is day one, and families are still flowing in like a river - hundreds per day in the Rio Grande Valley sector around McAllen, Texas. Where do you send busload after busload, while the next bus is loading? They are probably just adapting.
This area where the flood of illegals is greatest, has been funded for 33 miles of new barrier this year, where it is currently unrestricted and heavily vegetated to provide cover for infiltrators. The new barrier, which will probably get started after monsoon season, is going to make a big difference there.
