Are these detained illegal immigrants with small crying children allowed to be released on bail? SJW's should flood the immigration courts, offering to post bail, even placing their houses up for bond, to get these suffering parents and children released to them. Then they can make sure that the immigrants show up for court.
No bail for illegal aliens, sorry. Can only be held as a family for 20 days if together. They are then released with a court date...and they never show up.
Excellent initiative for Trump.
Problem: Imigrants not showing up for court hearings.
Solution: Have a high property bail and let the lib’s pledge their homes.
Then use money from surrenderd ail to build wall. THE MEXICANS WILL PAY FOR THE WALL
They’re released on their own recognizance.
What bail? How dare anyone ask crimillegals for money. They’re given a pat on the head and sent on their merry way if they pinky swear to show back up for their court date.
The question should be what are the demonrats so desperate to keep out of the headlines with their sudden tantrum over illegals.
They are coached by liberal lawyers on what to say to get the judge to release them with an order to return in a certain amount of time. 99% never show back up, have a couple of anchor babies, and then get on the public dole.
ABC/GMA this AM:
One woman with kids “paid $7000 to escape her country & come to the USA.”
I want to know WHERE such an illegal immigrant got $7000.
There was NOT one single challenge to that remark on GMA.
exactly!
good idea, too!
Crossing the border illegally is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of $50 to $200 for the first offense. If bail was an option it would be on their own recognizance given the crime. No houses.
2nd crossing is a felony. Also, most are asking asylum. All this could be addressed in the new (lol) immigration law.
