If a vein can’t be found, then he should be hung. There can be no mistaking where his head and neck are.

Don’t kill me! In my weakened condition, I might die!
WTF?
Put me down as another vote for hanging.

Exactly. Have a second option....hanging or firing squad. Betcha the inmate will be open to letting the tech find a vein somewhere

Nitrogen Asphyxiation - cheap, effective, no fuss, no mess means of execution.

Too bad he didn’t have anything on Hillary. He’d be dead within a week. It’s the Seth Rich method.
To: Zakeet
The article says he died four months after his request.
I am still not moved by his "plight."

The law should allow executing a killer with the same weapon used against the victim. Saddam Hussein comes to mind.

He wasn’t concerned about the suffering of his victims, so they should have proceeded or used another means. Such appeals are ludicrous.

but who is now too weak or sick to be considered a threat Capital Punishment is not executed due to the convict being a threat. It is done to PUNISH the convict for crimes committed. This argument is as weak as using CP as a deterrent. It ain't called 'Capital Deterrent'.

Get an orthopedist, a neurosurgeon, a gunsmith and a metal fabricator to design a head brace that holds a 45 caliber remotely fired pistol that mounts on the condemned convicts head in a physiologically lethal position and link it a set of game controls, select 6 State Troopers who simultaneously depress the controller, which then fires three rounds at cyclic rate when at least three officers have actuated their switches within a second...

"..but who is now too weak or sick to be considered a threat.."How about a 30-06 to the head? Think he is strong enough to handle that?
It's got nothing to do with "is he a threat to the citizenry". It is a punishment for the crime committed and to deter others from committing the same heinous crime.
