Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz’s forthcoming report has concluded former FBI Director James Comey “dramatically” broke with bureau norms in its handling of the Clinton email investigation, according to Bloomberg News.
“While we did not find that these decisions were the result of political bias on Comey’s part, we nevertheless concluded that by departing so clearly and dramatically from FBI and department norms, the decisions negatively impacted the perception of the FBI and the department as fair administrators of justice,” the watchdog head writes.

Mistakes were made, but no criminal intent. Just as I expected.
You can say Comey is not political. Which means that he was not for one candidate or the other. But when you ask if he was for the swamp and against the politicians, that is where Comey’s bias lies. Comey is pro swamp, pro CIA, pro FBI. And remember the swamp tends to vote democrat.
Then, why the hell do you think he broke from bureau norms!
To get Hillary elected - and to avoid being blamed after the fact that he sat on something!

That doesn’t make sense. If politics weren’t the impetus for Comey’s action, then something else was. Some promised big carrot or big stick.
Determining political bias requires the IG to be a mind reader and a subjective determination. Determining actions were not in accordance with procedures is an objective standard that can be measured.
We still don't have the full report on JFK or MLK. All Americans deserve to know the truth, not just the high priests of the pyramid.
