Although it would be controversial, the Justice Department is able to reopen the Clinton email case, and experts say President Trump's 2016 adversary arguably could be charged until March 2025 — after Trump would leave office even if he wins a second term.
Sloppy workers, leakers, whistleblowers, and spies face a variety of criminal charges for mishandling classified records. But there are leading options available to prosecutors, with varying statutes of limitations.

The current DOJ will do nothing even though the right thing to do is to prosecute Hillary for her already known and admitted violations.
Even if she doesn’t go to jail she should be fined every penny she has.

That Leftist attorney (Named Goodman maybe?) that Tucker had on last night said more than once, the investigation of Hillary’s emails has been CLOSED. Tucker didn’t ask him if it could be reopened. I figure it can be reopened. I hope.
Oddly, our 4 kids graduated from the same high school she did ...20 to 30 years later! No one had ever heard of her at that time. Ever since, her name has besmirched the place.
