UPDATE: The proposed bill is SO bad, and Miller’s claim that Pres. Trump supports it represents such a shocking reversal, that Republican Members of Congress are asking the President to tweet his support before they’re willing to vote for it.

Based on the comments and general atmosphere of FR the last 6 months, people are understanding that Trump’s tweets are marketing. Many found his language unsettling early on without understanding the ‘reason’ for the tweet.
