Read the New Testament and see if it is what you thought it was.

It isn't anti-Semitic.

It is Jewish.

I went to the video. It was interesting but about 6 minutes in it started popping up new tabs incessantly. Each new tab started the video anew and the sound became a babble and buzz. I had to restart the computer because the browser wouldn’t go down.

The Jews are told that Jesus’ disciples hid the body and lied about Him coming back to life. The gospel authors go to great detail to disprove that theory.

Oh my goodness.

You people need to understand that the fact that chrstianity "accepts" (in a mitigated sense) the "old testament" not only doesn't in any way justify chrstianity, it doesn't even require Jews to be grateful for this! The Hebrew Bible was known to be of Divine origin before chrstianity even existed.

Jews reject J*sus because they are bound for all eternity to the Torah . . . as it has existed since Sinai (none of this "fufillment" garbage, please!). The Torah excludes any such religion as chrstianity, no matter how much of Judaism chrstianity "acknowledges."

If someone started a brand new religion that "accepted the 'new testament'" but added to it, would that prove it is authentic? Every chrstian would reject it because they think they already have the fullness of truth. This is exactly what Jews think of Torah.

That happened because the world is not yet redeemed.

So, without the shedding of blood, there is no redemption of sin.

What do the Jews of today do with that?

They can’t sacrifice anything.

I watched it about halfway through. It seemed too simplistic to watch any further.

Yeah, if they hid the body why did they leave the burial cloth there along with the head part and the burial cloth still had the ties around it.

The Jews were looking for a conquering Messiah to rid them of the Romans; unfortunately they didn’t understand Isaiah. This Jewish lady believes in Yeshua as the Suffering Messiah to have suffered on the Cross for our sins.

Not a problem with me. It’s how I can intercommunicate with them.

Same reason as in the Gospels. The religious leadership acted as gatekeepers, preventing others from getting in so that they could have power over them. They were corrupt, and Jesus was a threat because he acted with God’s true authority, yet didn’t prevent others from coming to God.

So, without the shedding of blood, there is no redemption of sin.

I think you mean "forgiveness of sin," but I get what you meant.

The Hebrew Bible does not say that without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness of sin. That is from the "new testament" book of "Hebrews," which chrstians then retroject into the Torah.

What do the Jews of today do with that?

They can’t sacrifice anything.

What did they do during the 70 years of the Babylonian exile? What did they do in the Wilderness with Moses when the Tabernacle was disassembled so the Jews could move to a new location? The Tabernacle was reassembled and the offerings brought again only when the clouds that accompanied them stopped at a certain spot.

And what about the dire warnings of Deuteronomy of the eventual exile when the Jews would be exiled to a foreign land? This was already in the Torah from the time of Moses, and studied and known by all the people. The lack of offerings, like the exile, is a punishment for abandoning the Torah . . . and not for "rejecting the 'messiah'" (no such sin is listed).

Chrstians don't like it when moslems or mormons add new books to supplement the NT. Can't you understand that in Judaism the Torah is eternal and not to be superseded by anything???

PS: What do you do with the fact that non-Jews have never been required to bring sacrifices at any time, though they are permitted to do so?

Mormons and muslims are the examples christians reject as having extra revelation.

Howevr the torah never had an explicit book saying theres nothing left to add, like Revelation does.

Further Christ, the kinsman redeemer, is discussed in the torah. The jews refuse to believe Jesus is that redeemer because they thought their messiah would be a political worldly leader that would overthrow Rome and other worldly powers. They were looking for that are thus almost all missed Jesus for who He was.

Actually I think Jews and Christians arguing about the Messiah or not the Messiah are arguing over what will be apples and oranges when Yeshua returns, as the difference and the resolution of the difference will be made clear by Him in that day, and will be agknowleged then by many Christians and Jews and denied by many as well. I can only tell a Jew what I think and I leave eternal judgement of any Jew to G-d, not to me.

" . . . in Judaism the Torah is eternal "

——

Yes, Orthodox Jews consider the Torah as eternal. One line of thought is that the Torah preceded G-d, and that He scrutinized the Torah to obtain the precise 44 syllables required to utter the Universe into existence!
