Actor Robert De Niro unloaded on President Donald Trump during a speech to high school students this week, at one point appearing to compare the President to the Nazi leader Adolf Hitler. Addressing students at an awards ceremony for recipients of the Rosemary Breslin American Writer Award in New York, De Niro dedicated a large part of his speech to attacking Trump and Republicans in Congress for failing to tell the “truth.”
“So what about the truth? What does the truth even mean today? I mean, if you’re Donald Trump it doesn’t mean anything. If you’re cowardly Republican enablers in Congress you don’t let the truth stand in the way of pathetically clinging to power,” he said. “Our country is led by a president who believes he can make up his own truth. And we have a word for that — bullshit.”
“For example, you might say, as have many professionals, that Trump manifests a serious mental illness that renders him psychologically incapable of discharging duties of the President of the United States. That he’s afflicted with a narcissistic personality disorder.”

Denied is a lightweight who knows little. He was asked what piece of legislation did he want Trump to approve, and he said DACA. Trump offered a deal on DACA and the Dems said no. Of course Deniro has no idea.

His senility is even more entertaining than his unparalleled acting in so many movies that I have enjoyed , a true big league actor who has some definite opinions, perhaps influenced by Alzheimers.

When Trump is exonerated on the Russia charges and North Korea disarms and Donald wins a Nobel Peace Prize for actually creating peace (unlike Obama for doing nothing), then watch these Hollywood actors really do harm to themselves! It’s like they were on the Titanic and kept play shuttle board refusing to believe the ship is going down. The problem is these actors have spent years doubling down on the same narrative. If you invested that much in unreality for so long, reality is going to come back and smack you like you never been smacked before. Hurting days ahead for these dumb people who can’t change.

I think that comment has much wider application. Trump is bringing all of it out in the open. Leftists are simply beside themselves as they watch decades of “progress” on their “recipe for disaster” going down in flames before their very eyes. As the November elections near, some of them will need to be on suicide watch. And, if we are really lucky, we may see someone like Rachel Madcow or one of the other Marxists on TV off themselves on camera after the election results are in. Anyway, we can hope!
