Jeff Flake rips Navarro’s comments on Trudeau: ‘This cannot be our party’

Sen. Jeff Flake (R-Ariz.) ripped White House National Trade Council Director Peter Navarro on Sunday for comments he had made earlier lashing out at Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, saying the remarks cannot be representative of the Republican Party.
"Fellow Republicans, this is not who we are. This cannot be our party," Flake said in a tweet.
Flake was responding to comments made by Navarro earlier on Sunday, in which he slammed Trudeau's remarks on trade, saying there was a "special place in hell" for any leader who engages in "bad faith diplomacy" with President Trump.
