Would you be saying the same thing if this was Adam Schiff demanding to see DOJ documents related to an active criminal investigation of the Obama administration?

If he has a constitutional right to see the documents than yes I would. Congress has oversight authority over DOJ and DOJ is obstructing Congress. It is as simple as that.

DOJ does not have the right to prevent Congress from over seeing what DOJ is doing.

President Trump has said that if DOJ continues to obstruct Congress he might have to get involved. So clearly Trump understands he has a rouge DOJ on his hands.

Doesn’t matter. The minute you assert doj and FBI have the right to flip the finger to Congress you have turned the constitution on its head and made us into a police state.
Besides who cares if Adam Schiff sees it, all he can do is exposed documents that prove the criminal conspiracy.
