House Speaker Paul Ryan said Wednesday he agreed with South Carolina Republican Rep. Trey Gowdy that the FBI did "exactly" what it was supposed to do in its handling of the investigation into Russian election meddling and possible connections to President Donald Trump's 2016 campaign.

Can these two not read the news stories about all of this? Apparently, if they read it at all, they only read the MSM. I’m continually surprised that people in politics or journalism do not keep up with the news. Tell Juan Williams something outrageous, that’s been the lede for days, and he’ll say, “Oh, I hadnt heard THAT. Apparently, NYT, WAPO, and the ALPHABETS are the only news they bother to read. As far as Ryan and Gowdy go, they’re both lying sacks of excrement. While I’m sure not everything we read is true, they know EXACTLY what’s what. That makes them crooked, in my book. But then, that’s old news.

I don’t know if it is true, and my source is specious, but I heard that Ryan & Gowdy were naked together in a hotel room with hookers who peed on them both.

In the 1970’s, rural Evangelicals and urban Catholics defected to the GOP because the Democrats were veering too far to the left. But the country club GOPe didn’t really want these riff raff in their tent.
