A former U.S. Navy sailor pardoned by President Trump intends to file a lawsuit against former President Barack Obama and former FBI Director James Comey that argues he received unequal punishment for his handling of classified information, according to a report.

Kristian Saucier was sentenced to a year in prison for taking photos inside a nuclear submarine. But according to Fox News, Saucier plans to argue in his lawsuit that he received unequal protection of the law, as he was given a more severe punishment than others, including Hillary Clinton, received for similar misconduct.

“They interpreted the law in my case to say it was criminal,” Saucier told Fox News regarding federal prosecutors in the case. “But they didn’t prosecute Hillary Clinton. Hillary is still walking free. Two guys on my ship did the same thing and weren’t treated as criminals. We want them to correct the wrong.”

Barry will just say it was prosecutorial discretion.

To be honest, the Hillary episode is about ten times worse on the scale of prosecution handling. At the very least, she should have permanently lost her security clearance.

It should come down to “who should be more responsible at protecting National Security? A submarine machinist mate or the Secretary of State?

Which one should be held to a higher standard?

No, she should have been barred from ever holding a public FEDERAL OFFICE.

18 U.S. Code § 2071 - Concealment, removal, or mutilation generally

(a) Whoever willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, or destroys, or attempts to do so, or, with intent to do so takes and carries away any record, proceeding, map, book, paper, document, or other thing, filed or deposited with any clerk or officer of any court of the United States, or in any public office, or with any judicial or public officer of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.

(b) Whoever, having the custody of any such record, proceeding, map, book, document, paper, or other thing, willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys the same, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both; and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States. As used in this subsection, the term “office” does not include the office held by any person as a retired officer of the Armed Forces of the United States.

Not to mention she’s a known thief for taking a lot of things that didn’t belong to her when they left the White House.

I am with him, but because this is Animal Farm, and Hildebeast is a senior pig, this isn’t going far.

As a former sub sailor, he who is without sin cast the first stone. This jerk knew not to take pictures. He got lucky Trump got in office. He is needs to STFU and go home. He is too stupid to play with the big political boy and girls. He will cause more problems and solve nothing.
