Conservative activist Dinesh DSouza faced political persecution after he directed and released anti-Obama film, 2016: Obamas America. He was indicted over illegal campaign contributions.
It was an obvious witch hunt.
On Thursday, President Trump announced publicly he would be issuing a full pardon to Dinesh DSouza.
The New York Attorney General is so angry over the presidential pardon of Dinesh that she wants to get rid of double jeopardy to go after him again.
Dinesh DSouza celebrated on his Twitter account with an epic smack down of the Obama hack who made his life hell, former US Attorney Preet Bharara.
Dinesh blasted the Obama hack on Thursday with a viral smackdown!
DSouza also thanked President Trump and everyone for praying for him and supporting him over the years.

Because of dual sovereignty, both the state and the federal government could prosecute an individual for the same underlying act, if the act violated both a federal and a state law. Which is good reason enough to try to avoid federal and state laws having overlapping scopes.
But if NY currently doesn’t permit criminal prosecution of an individual who violates a NY state law who has been tried for the corresponding federal offense, and NY then changes that to permit such a double prosecution, I’d think that would only apply to future acts, or at least to individuals tried at the federal level in the future. If it applied to people previously prosecuted, how would that not violate the Constitution’s ban on ex post facto laws?
That’s not a real human being, is it??? You’re pilling my leg.
What they used to do in two bit tin horn totalitarian dictatorships - change the law to punish the Democrats’ political enemies.
Ostensibly the proposed change in the law is facially neutral but in reality its intended to eliminate legal protections for unpopular people.
It used to be those kind of things couldn’t happen in America. Now we learn that’s possible and its frightening to contemplate.
That you will be prosecuted again after you have paid your debt to society and served your time for the same crime.
Talk about unAmerican.
Starbucks has exposed what Obama and Co. put in place...The Thought Police...telling us what to think. Colleges and universities have been exceptionally successful at this, especially under Obama.
Upstate NY, lots of good people.
NYC? It is a harder environment. The very thought of living there, makes me want to shudder.
But some people seem to like it. Somehow.
True That. All of it.
Thanks for the clear description of the legality. I’m not a lawyer.
But once had a Harvard Law graduate for a son-in-law. Is that as effective as staying at a Holiday Inn Express? smile hee hee hee
Well said. The Left will not like it if that happens. It will ruin their gaming.
Yes cleaning out the Federal Judicial chicken house is a nasty job. That project will take more than 1 terms to accomplish, possibly more than 2 terms.
That brings us to the problem with the 9th Circus. That is a knock it down and rebuild project.
Yes, Soros has.
And he has done it in foreign nations too. Some of them really hate him for it.
When he is gone, many will breath a sigh of relief. In sprite of the young offspring he has.
Yes, I’m afraid they are that goofy.
Unfortunately.
Yes, it is that bad. But there are still sane people left, at least in the nation’s heartland.
This is a big task that is undertaken. Not a short term fix.
Although Trump has already done much that they said could not be done.
Yes, the Judicial Department has been totally corrupted and weaponized beyond belief.
More of the cleanup of that will come.
Ugh
That is hard to take in one dose.
Ouch
I’d normally quickly agree. However with this bunch, they are past any normal pattern.
Full Blown ComDem Insanity.
Well, they are snaky enough to pull such a stunt.
Impeach a Federal Judge?
If they do, it will be past fixing by ballot box.
Yes, it is. And everyone knows it, but they continue to do this insane stuff.
