The Supreme Court on Monday dismissed a lower courts decision that allowed an undocumented immigrant teenager to obtain an abortion over the protests of the Trump administration.
The action, which came in an unsigned opinion without noted dissents, throws out a precedent that might allow other teenagers in the same circumstance to obtain an abortion.

Excellent!
Why should someone illegally in this country obtain government services when it is already against the law to do so, abortion or any other service??
The court ruled correctly!

For this one, yes, obviously - but it vacates what could have been seen as precedent. The next time will be re-litigated again - but next time will go to a much more conservative judiciary - one that continues to become so with each Senate judicial nomination approval.

Aren’t unsigned opinions a way of stating this was such a bad decision by the lower court that no justice on SCOTUS could support it?

I’m as religious (and Orthodox and Traditional) as a married Catholic guy can be - and I understand what you’re trying to say, but this is an access to services decision first, and then a moral decision next. A moral decision that our faith instructs us to fight for... Pro-life atheists understand the moral dimension here.
