Senate Judiciary Chairman Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) announced the date for a hearing on the Department of Justice (DOJ) Inspector General (IG) report about Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) officials’ conduct ahead of the 2016 presidential election, including the Hillary Clinton email scandal.
Originally scheduled for Tuesday, the hearing will now take place at 2 p.m. on June 11 and is open to the public.The hearing, titled “Examining the Inspector General’s First Report on Justice Department and FBI Actions in Advance of the 2016 Presidential Election,” will focus on the long-anticipated IG report.

Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz is slated to testify before congressional committees next month, presumably, after the release of his long-awaited report on the FBI’s Hillary Clinton investigation during the 2016 presidential campaign, Fox News has learned. Both the Senate Judiciary Committee and the House Oversight Committee are preparing to have Horowitz appear before them in early June, according to a congressional source.
Two figures are said to be at the center of the report — former FBI director James Comey (fired by President Donald Trump) and former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, (fired by Attorney General Jeff Sessions).

Sounds like they want to have the media cover the 6/12 NOKO meeting with Trump, so that the American people don't pay attention to all the crimes, committed by democrats, to be discussed in the report and at the hearings.
We don’t need a hearing in the S4enate. That is a place this scandal will be approved and then be ignored.
We need indictments. The Senate is a joke.

You’re optimistic. They’ll be on summer vacation in August, then it isn’t all that much time until the November elections. They’ll use hearings to gin up their voting fodder in that relatively short time. Then, after the election, it’ll be the Sounds of Silence.....again.

The Congress is not a law enforcement body and it is not a court. And it’s members are immune from arrest while on the floor or in transit to and from the floor.
Members of Congress are where they are because they are BS artists above all. The sole function of “hearings” is for US to hear THEM spreading their BS.
Gowdy or Nunes, Grassley or Burr, what they say or do about the coup is of no importance.
It’s DOJ or USMC. And Eric Holder just told you last week that DOJ and his buddy “Rod” are full-on #resistance.
Trump will either take power or be removed. Congress and their “hearings” are irrelevant.

Since the IG cannot do what Mueller is doing, it sounds like this will be intended to get Sessions off the dime to appoint a special counsel. Then we can go back as far as 2008.

Hillary’s hidden back brace is her devious insurance policy. She doesn’t want to acknowledge she is wearing a brace if she decides to run in 2020. On the other hand, she wants to garner sympathy if she has face trial for all of her crimes.
Comey said McCabe was wonderful...you'll like him. Trump had some kinda doubt (obviously did some homework). Comey assured him that McCabe was a good guy.
Noticeable that Comey used the same words (good guy) to describe McCabe as the President used to describe Flynn. (I'm proposing that Trump said no such thing and that Comey constantly uses creative phrases to uphold his interpretation.
Read Comey's memos again...and notice also that Comey says....more than once...that the President can fire him (Comey) at will....no reason necessary.
Read the memos over and over to separate fact from fiction. It's all there.
Read especially how it relates to Flynn. It seems to be coming to light that by the time Comey met with Trump, Flynn had been cleared....so did Comey reinstate a search into Flynn? My brain is working overtime.
Grassley, more talk no action just like Trey. It is time for these assholes to go.
