--SNIP-- The videos of cops knocking people down and fighting people were really disturbing, Tina explained. I told them I didnt like the video and they told me they understood and that I was open to give my opinion. What does watching videos about police brutality have to do with the situation that happened, Tina said she kept asking herself. They went too deep into it and missed the point all at the same time. At one point, said Jamie, a girl at my table actually had to get up and leave because video after video they showed black people being assaulted by police or black people being verbally assaulted and white people being racially biased toward people of color. It offended her. She left after that.

Ok, so do Caucasian employees of this company have no claim to being racially harassed or do they in fact have a case here?
Gee, you mean “sensitivity training” is just a fancy word for re-education struggle sessions? Who would have known?
The first company I worked for (multinational by the way) had none of this crap. That was in the ‘70s. The next company (also multinational) was big into this stuff.
One of the first day-long sessions I went to had something to do with affirmative action. It was fairly benign by today’s standards I guess but I remember the facilitator talking about how blacks have a higher incidence of garnishing. I thought that meant they wore more garish jewelry. Finally figured out he was talking about wage garnishing. LOL.
Last company I worked for (late ‘90s to about 10 years ago), also multinational but relatively small, just sent out an annual email with the harassment guidelines. About 1/2 page.
It started with the Madonna slut kissing the feet of the black Jesus and then the white guys beating him up. Most millennials saw that when they were very young.
Yes, they implode if the audience is able to actually reason. But there are some among us who will accept a vaiety of indoctrination, and the net result of these efforts at indoctrination actually work to prevent any positive behavior in response to any “problem” (real or imagined).
The REAL reason liberal ‘elites’ sit at Starbucks is because a nine dollar coffee keeps the ‘riff raff’ away from their ‘oh so sensitive sensibilities’...
Starbucks.
The coffee sucks!
It way to expensive!
Thankfully we have plenty of Dunkin Donuts around!
The session was at best the presentation of Seattle left wing propaganda to be broadcast to acolytes all across the country.
What should happen is for several form each Starbucks to quit and open their own store
now that i think about it, the sole purpose of this VERY, VERY public, supposedly anti-racism “training” is to try and lawyer-proof the company for guaranteed-to-occur lawsuits about trivial incidents by nerdowells attempting to cash in on all the publicity ...
everyone in our company, a GOCO, was REQUIRED to undergo sexual “harassment” re-education “training” MANY years ago .... the “training” was a complete joke ... we figured it was nothing more than lawyer-proofing ...
Take the Starbucks Diversity Challenge.
Go to Starbucks in a MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN hat, and just sit. Maybe use the bathroom occasionally. Buy nothing. Just take up space.
Have a friend go too, but sit at a different table, or take a hidden video device.
See how long it takes for them to try to have you arrested, and make sure it’s recorded. Then post the video online.
Teh company is run by committed “progressives.” Of course it escalated racial tensions. That’s the goal of “progressives.”
I was waiting for that pic on this thread.
Said girl will be targeted for enhanced bias training.
#54, D’oh!
It is systemic racism to have diversity trainers like this engage in explicit bias against whites, men, etc while arguing they’re fighting “implicit” bias.
Ashleigh Shackleford, HR training, saying all white people are racist, you aren’t human
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jWoC90bbsdo
So Starbucks execs are saying cops are bad, if you are white then you are a racist.
Why would anyone go there?
leftards arent intelligent enough to keep their opinions to themselves while dealing with customers.
You are correct.
The new employee handbook is very inflammatory:
“Color Brave”
Some PR (aka brainwashing) Agency must have been paid big bucks to come up with that one.
Of course Native Americans will probably be offended—coming next, protests outside Starbucks at the casinos... :-)
