Also, as a felon, D’Souza can’t have anything to do with firearms should he wish to do so.
No one will be able to truthfully call him a convict. His conviction is overturned, his criminal record is expunged as if it never happened.

Napolitano is a libertarian enigma on the FBI/CIA spying on Trump. You’d think he’d be against it, the poisoned fruit, and the violation of the 4th amendment, but he keeps special pleading for the people, based, in my opinion, on what they can get away with under color of law.
But, on D’Souza, he’s right. I’m okay with that. But, like you say, he’s not reliable on other things.
