All eyes are on Starbucks. And not because its rolling out a new caffeinated drink.
Tomorrow Starbucks is shutting down its more than 8,000 locations across the county to conduct racial bias training for its 175,000 employees.
Some critics, mainly on social media, see it as political correctness gone too far. Others welcome the training.
It comes nearly seven weeks after two black men waiting at a Starbucks in Philadelphia were arrested when a store manager called the police.
Since their April 12 arrest, Rashon Nelson and Donte Robinson have reached a settlement with the city: A payment of $1 to each in exchange for the creation of a $200,000 fund to help young entrepreneurs in Philadelphia.
Starbucks has experienced a backlash of criticism and calls for a boycott. Earlier this month, it announced a new policy that allows anyone to use its spaces, including restrooms, cafes and patios, regardless of whether they make a purchase. Company executives said its previous policies were loose and ambiguous, leaving decisions on whether people could sit in its stores or use the restroom up to store managers.

I'll bet they do.
If a company run by Leftists opts to shut down their business to conduct some sort of buy-ass training well, that’s their call.
Starbucks has become a national chain of relief stations that incidentally sells coffee...
“Would you like a used needle with your Latte? Do you need any infectious body fluids today?”
Talk about overkill
And bias. You think any white people will be used as “victims’ in their ‘hypotheticals”?
Even though they constitute the overwhelming majority of customers
Now,I’m afraid to order a flat WHITE!
Heres some of the training: https://youtu.be/WuHmFkbuihc
Will employees be offered free tattoo / piercing removals?
But then where will the homeless people who live there go?
Haz mat training would be a better idea.
Can't wait til a competition g coffee shop starts up.
You know...if you owned a business, and it was all about one single product...you’d focus on that one product. Beyond that, you wouldn’t care what idiot bought the coffee, or how stupid they were for paying twice the value of the coffee.
I have a preview:
“Ahem class.
“Please look over here:” (points to picture of a white guy).
Everyone repeat after me: BBBBAAAADDDDD
“Please look over here:” (points to a picture of Black Panthers, MS-13 members, bondage trannies/gays).
“Everyone repeat after me: GOOOOOOOOOOOD
“Once again (points at white): BBBAAAAADDD
“And (points at others): GOOOOOOOOOOOD
“Training is now over.”
Anyone who has been through enforced reeducation “diversity training” knows I am NOT exaggerating.
They can shut down forever as far as Im concerned....I never have and now most certainly never will purchase any Starsucks product...bot a slow money losing slide to bankruptcy would be nice.....then they can become outreach centers for blm, Muslims, and all the liberal misfits of the country....
I certainly don't want to patronize a business where such an environment seems to flourish.
They should offer coffees with a heavy laxative then. Call it a "crappachino" so they can be "America's Full Service Restrooms" for "people on the go" because "we all have something in common". Seriously, one day in my life I seriously needed a Starbucks because I was moving and desperately needed wi-fi. I bought a muffin to reward them for their availability. Now it's so common that it's nothing special. If the whole business circled the drain, I'd be totally okay with it.
I thought Starbucks was already more than adequately biased.
Why would they need more bias?
Starbucks is becoming to be perceived as Bathrooms, Bandwidth and Bums. Triple B. Not a great corporate image.
Its only a matter of time before there are demands from their “customers” for free food.
