Time to Stop Comparing CIA/FBI Coup Attempt to Watergate Nothing Like This Has Happened Before.
It is minimizing to call it "Like Watergate" and that is what the MSM and the Deep State want to do.
Call it the CIA/FBI Coup Attempt. That is what it is.
Name the truth, that the Deep State with their Dogs in the Weaponized CIA/FBI and don't forget the IRS, have been working to undermine this country and its people.
These are treasonous, seditious acts.
They deserve to be judged with the full force of our Constitutional law and severe punishment needs to be meted out.

Watergate started and was fueled in the Media. Then you have the weak Republican Party that came in to finish the president off. Nixon should have burned the tapes, and basically fired everyone.

Yes, you won’t see Woodward and Bernstein investigating THIS one; no they were able to cook up Watergate to drive a man they hated out of office and overturn the election, hand South Vietnam to the communists and take over Congress and bask in the light of the grateful and adoring media, Hollywood and the Deep State. Curious, isn’t it, that they never had a similar investigation of their “hard charging” editor, Ben Bradlee. Editor Bradlee’s sister in law, Mary Meyer, was murdered on the Georgetown Bikepath in 1964, just like Seth Rich, no motive, no one convicted, nothing taken; interesting that she had been having an affair with JFK before his assassination and had written about it in her diary. DC police arrested a black man who was then subject tot he DC death penalty and was later released for lack of evidence; Bradlee admitted that to protect JFK’s reputation, he destroyed the diary and never brought any of it to the attention of the authorities. So this bum “hero journalist” was willing to let an innocent man go to prison and possibly, his death, all in order to protect the reputation of a politician whose politics he was aligned with. They have been trying to pull the same stunt they succeeded with in driving Nixon from office with Trump but this time with more overt and covert support of the intel agencies, FBI and other government aid at taxpayer expense; I hope to God they can’t do it again.

The ordeal with Wilson and Plame was a coup attempt organized by CIA. It almost worked, coming as it did right in the middle of a presidential campaign. It had similar features, a press component, fake CIA documents, foreign spies and spy agencies used as cut-outs. Followed by a fake investigation and witch hunt, followed by a trumped-up prosecution of someone they knew was innocent... by Comey and his henchmen.
But this is much more elaborate and well-planned, with a lot more moving parts. The Wilson/Plame fiasco was intended simply to throw the election. This is intended to actually remove the president and leave the “deep state” actors in place.
I agree with others; Watergate was a coup d’état, as was the JFK assassination.
I don’t doubt that, if this coup attempt fails, the deep state conspirators have a fall back. They are not playing around. Trump needs to deal with them smartly, but they need to be completely exposed. The interesting thing is, they are in fact being exposed. Its just taking so long, too long. They are trying to run out the clock, now, hoping a new president will cover up what they’ve done.
The difference is they never got caught before.

It is nothing like Watergate Nixon knew nothing of it, this was a coordinated effort by the CIA,FBI, NSA the Rat leadership the DOJ the State Dept and the criminal alleged president. Watergate was a misdemeanor compared to this attempted the current coup de gras still run by Mueller.

Sessions is not going to do it! He is not courageous! How could he sit by and let everything happen that has so far happened without jumping up and taking control? He has no courage. A lot of people here need to find their courage now! Some of the Democrats have been more courageous in what they have said against what is going on- Alan Dershowitz for example has at least spoken up.

Yes, but Trump has had bad advisors. They should have screamed bloody murder from day 1 instead of letting this go so far. I know from personal experience that you never let cut-throat lawyers get a foothold. Trump has been completely underserved by most of his lawyers.
DOJ and FBI doesn’t want the nation or even Congress to know about the spy. Will be a threat to our security.

Watergate looks like a cheap warm up act compared to this coup
attempt. Nothing like it in our history.
The Kenyanesian Usurpation and all of the crimes committed would not have been possible without the cooperation of the GOP.
Watergate now for the most part is to the general public, a story of a bumbling break in.
the real story was kept under wraps.
So to compare this to Watergate minimizes what the DS CIA/FBI were doing to our election process and what the Obama Administration, and perhaps the Bush administration also colluded with.
