Hi, beachy...quiet when I’m there. Working at slowly finding homes for lots of stuff. I need to move to something smaller in the next year or so...too much real estate and I need something with a maintenance man.
Work is the issue right now. With 4 of us we needed a fifth, and now one has left and we 3 are having a rough time trying to keep up. Paperwork is beginning to stack up.
Two weeks ago I finally applied for Social Security. I got a letter last week that said I needed to call them. I did, left a message, and they called me back today.
My application was flagged as fraudulent. I have to go into the local office. The first available appointment is June 14th. Now it’s mine at 9:04am. *sigh*
Amen Sister!
My application was flagged as fraudulent.
What the heck is that about?
Sorry about the workload. You are planning on quitting when you get S.S., right?
Kick them in the teeth Kath.
I hate it, but kick them in the teeth!
Sucky place to be, but we all end up there.
You just got to REMIND these folks that you’re a
trooper.
All my Prayers for you in this passage.
You have been a trooper.
I’m gonna make my kid deal with it LOL /S
Kinda wish I had one of them goobermint jobs... Sigh...
Gnight’ you’ll figure it out
I hate to do this but I have to look at disability.
I’ll probably end up dead on the shop floor before they give me a nickle.
I aint so good at planning
That is soooo stupid!!! There’s always some kind of snag where the government is concerned. Hope you get it straightened out really soon.
Moving into a smaller place [with maintenance!] is a great idea. No point in paying for heat and AC for rooms you never use!
Gotta figure out how to move the house
Howdy, Kathy.
Boy, it’s going to be interesting to find out what the heck SS has to say in way of an explanation, isn’t it??? I imagine you’re pretty steamed about this mess.
Did you get enough rain you didn’t need to water the grass seed today?
