I do not envy young men in our society. A lot of them grow up without strong male role models. Theyre shoved through an education that treats them like defective girls and they come out of that into a world that incessantly feeds them mixed messages. Be chivalrous... chivalry is sexism that means you think women are inferior! Women love strong alpha males... women want men to be sensitive and emotional. Its your job to take care of and provide for your family men are expected to do whatever their wife tells them to do, etc., etc., etc. There are so many of these that I could do a whole article on it (Mental note: Do whole article on the contradictory messages men get from society.) There are so many things you have to learn the hard way that I have a whole book on that topic, but here are a few of the most important lessons just for the guys.
1. Rejection Is Not Personal...

LOL!!!!
Heck yeah, it would. Get the engine and drive train from a post 1989 911 so you can convert the Corvair to all-wheel drive.
A too facile but somewhat incisive statement I once heard or read is that women want security and men want control.
Conversely, what women fear is lack of security, and what men fear is lack of control.
It explains a lot of problems. I don’t know how you’re supposed to solve it, though. Maybe just understanding that it is true is the first step.
lol- aint that the truth
There’s only one thing anyone needs to know about modern life: the world has gone insane and all bets are off.
Mallz are dead, or dying.
Every divorce started as a marriage, but not every marriage ends in divorce. Some are fortunate enough to end in death.
Women fall in love with men's brains.
You have a point.
When I realized what is now called “game”, a lot of the fun went away. A lot of the pain also, because I realized “Hmm, that is to crazy to date!”
I am just glad that I didn’t marry some of the women I dated in my 20’s. That would have been a mess.
That was a painful lesson for me.
I saw more than a few girls that I were friends with go out and seek guys who would beat them.
Which in turn, I would go have a discussion with said guys that involved telling them how long it takes a body to disappear in a hog pin.
I very quickly determined that most of those girls really wanted a guy that hit them. It plugged into some sort of need for them.
Working in a sorority in college taught me a lot about women. Which is why I never dated ANY of those women in the sorority.

She should have looked before she sat; just an aside, broken porcelain is EXTREMELY DANGEROUS.
(used to be a dumb old plumber)
Good on’ya, not to many of us out there.
Have to agree with you there, if it was just up to me I would probably have shot me 41 and a half years ago.
“She should have looked before she sat”
IIRC, it was during the night, a quick trip to the toilet in the dark.
I have left the seat up and sat down on that cold damp porcelain in the middle of the night myself, disgusting sensation, feel like you need a shower after.
(yes I took a shower and was up for the rest of the night)
Mmmmm, ocean fresh perch.
