Progressive critics of President Donald Trump might have felt better about the release of the three U.S. citizens held hostage by North Korea if the president sent over a planeload of cash.
That’s the way their hero Barack Obama used to do it when he was president. He was the easiest mark in town as he sleepwalked though eight years of his presidency.
If Obama wasn’t paying off terrorists for Americans held hostage, the way he did with the Iranians, he was swapping highvalue Islamic terrorists with the Taliban for a U.S. Army deserter

Obama’s actual legacy will be how the nation’s first Black President intentionally widened the race gap, hurt Blacks, and threw gas on any “racial conflicts”.
That’s what he gets for trying to humiliate Trump at the 2011 White House Correspondents Dinner, which is supposed to an event where he gets roasted by folks like Seth Meyers, and where the president gets up to fire back at the host and the media.
But noooo, both Meyers and Obama had to make the big mistake of making Trump the primary target that night.
So now the jokes on him, bigly, as Obama gets his legacy demolished piece by piece. Anyone else want to try to humiliate Trump. I mean, really, please. It’s perhaps the best - make that the only - way our friends on the left can do something good for America, by poking our bear so that he gets motivated to undo more of the damage that they’ve caused.

Meanwhile Barack sits on the side of the road wondering what happened to his “legacy”.
We’re winning but haven’t yet won. We still need to dismantle the unconstitutional 80% portion of the $4 trillion feds which I think will take more than eight years. In 2024, enter Trump’s heir apparent to finish the job. Pence is not the guy. I hope the right guy appears soon.
